This kind of knowledge is so necessary, that those who are not acquainted with it are reckoned very ignorant, Little boys and girls, although they may never have been away from home, can, by reading this and other books of the same kind that the Author has published for their instruction, tell about the people, the anımals, the mountains and rivers of all the countries in the world.
