Nor does the educational system of the province
end with mere theoretie instruction, From the
beginning, and throughouß the course, it em-

life, In addition to this the educational machinery
of the province comprises manual training Schools,
domestie science schools, pregaratory technical
Schools, inetading local technical schools, coal-mining
Schools, and engineering schools. Then erowning the
Whole vocational education, Nova Scotia has &
Normal College for training teachers, an Agricul-
fural College for giving more specific instruetion and
training in agriculture and kindred matters, and &
Technical College for similar work in the various
departments of engineering. In such compre-
hensive fashion is the province preparing its young
People for taking their part successfully in its
Industries,
